Lindsay M. Wozniak received her J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law. While at Texas A&M, Lindsay served as president of both the Student Bar Association and the Women’s Law Student Association. She also gained experience conducting and participating in mediation for civil and family law cases. After graduating, Lindsay joined the Collin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office where she prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases while gaining invaluable trial experience. After leaving the DA’s Office, Lindsay focused her practice as a criminal defense attorney. As a defense attorney, Lindsay handled misdemeanor, felony, and federal cases across multiple counties in Texas.
