Lane Newbold

Lane Newbold is an Associate Attorney with experience litigating a variety of civil matters. From new client consultations to arguing in a court room, Lane has top-to-both experience. Lane’s methodology is to listen to the needs of his client and identify the most effective and efficient plan of action to address his client’s issues without hurting their bottom dollar.

Lane graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Minor in Legal Studies from the University of North Texas. He received his Juris Doctor from Texas A&M School of Law, with a Minor in tax law.

A Sherman High graduate, Lane has lived in Grayson County for most of his life. After working in DFW for his early career, representing everyone from indigent taxpayers to Fortune 500 companies, Lane is proud to be back in Texoma and serving the needs of his neighbors.

If Lane is not at the office, he is probably binge-watching tv with his family or playing golf. He is also co-founder and president of a non-profit organization that seeks to continue his late mother’s legacy by creating and filling supply closets that provide necessities such as food, clothing, and hygiene products for local public-school children.
