Kyle Davis is an Associate Attorney with a background in criminal defense, commercial business law, probate administration, and general civil litigation. Kyle takes a holistic approach to solving legal problems, generally trying to find the path of least resistance for his clients when the most obvious solution may be otherwise lengthy or cumbersome.
Kyle found great success during his academic career, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Austin College with a dual undergraduate degree in Political science and Psychology. He had the distinguished honor of presenting his senior thesis research findings at the Neal Kocurek Memorial Convention Center in Austin Texas for the annual SPSP convention meeting the summer before beginning his Juris Doctorate studies at the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
After receiving his Juris Doctorate and passing the Bar Exam, Kyle wasted no time diving into his law career. Within his first year of practice he was already an active participant in Federal civil cases in both the Northern and Eastern districts of Texas. Kyle has enjoyed a varied practice in his time as a civil attorney, participating in cases concerning estate and probate, defamation, violations of Texas’ deceptive trade practices act, partition suits, and negligence, among others.
Regardless of the intricacies of a legal problem a client may be facing, Kyle excels at pinpointing the applicable area of law most favorable to the situation and following through to get desirable results for his clients.
